What changed, and when. Every release is listed here, including the ones that only fix things.
1.1
Friends
Sharing with friends
- Share a summary of a finished workout with friends you have each approved — how long, how many sets, which muscles. Exercise names and weights only if you include them, and your sets and notes never leave your device
- Connect with a friend code or a QR code. Requests go both ways, and summaries expire after 30 days
- A feed of your friends’ workouts, with your own last 30 days alongside them
- Reactions — one emoji tap, five to choose from
- Per-exercise rankings among friends: estimated 1RM, top weight, sets this week
- Friend pages, with report, block and a single switch that deletes everything you have shared
- Optional notifications when a friend finishes or reacts
During a workout
- Rest timer sound that is no longer buried under music
- The session comes back on its own when rest ends
- Bigger rest display on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island
- Rep ranges from the routine now show while you train
- The start button’s radial menu rebuilt — hold and slide, or tap once to keep it open
Your data
- Imports are kept as batches, so a whole import can be undone at once
- Exercises that did not match a name can be re-linked afterwards
- An option to erase your entire history
- Bodyweight no longer counted in the volume of bodyweight exercises
Elsewhere
- The finish screen is now a card you can share as it is
- Sets and volume added to the weekly view
- Better exercise name matching, and unused custom exercises can be removed in bulk
- If the app quits mid-workout, you can pick up where you left off
1.1.1 – 1.1.3
Fixes
Friends
- Friend requests that never reached the other person
- Requests that could not be accepted a second time after a failure
- The entry point is now always visible, and Friends can be switched on from where you find it
- A bigger friend-code QR, and a way to delete the data held in your iCloud
Elsewhere
- “What’s new” now appears for people upgrading from 1.0
- A missing square in the consistency heatmap, and a back day that was being classified as something else
- Start button flicker, and the mini bar sitting slightly out of place
1.0
First release
Recording
- 175 exercises, with custom exercises you can add yourself
- RIR and RPE per set, warm-up and drop sets, supersets
- Rest timer with a Live Activity and Dynamic Island support — complete a set from the Lock Screen
- Plate calculator
- Add and edit workouts on past dates
Fatigue and suggestions
- Per-muscle recovery estimated from your logged sets, drawn on a body map or as bars
- The formula and every term it uses are shown in the app, together with what the number cannot tell you
- Suggested exercises based on recovery, weekly volume gaps, and movement patterns you have not covered
Routines
- Routine builder: six questions produce a training blueprint — split, volume per muscle, movement patterns — before any exercise is picked
- Weekly sets per muscle are shown and adjustable before anything is created
- Missing equipment substitutes the exercise rather than dropping the stimulus
- Folders, reordering, and per-exercise targets for sets, rep range, rest and RIR

- Export as JSON or CSV, to a file or the clipboard
- Published schemas: history and routines
- Optional iCloud sync through your own private database
Elsewhere
- Home screen widgets for the week and for recovery
- Shareable workout images
